You can run faceted searches across all site content or within specific groups. Keyword searches will match against identical words and different word tenses ('agree', 'agrees', 'agreed', 'agreeing' all are identical to the content indexer) in both the content text and in any document attachments.

Site-Wide Search

A site-wide search can be conducted by typing a keyword into the search box that appears at the right side of the site banner at the top.

Group Search

You can search within a group by typing a keyword into the box under the logo on the group homepage.

Search Results

Search results are displayed on a special page in a compact format with 'facets' to help narrow result sets to a usable list. Matching text from the results is highlighted in yellow.

Facets can be selected/de-selected to narrow or expand the search results. Use them to quickly reduce the set of results to a manageable size. You can use the search box on the search result page either to start a new search, or, if "Retain current filters" is checked, you can perform a new search but retain the facets which are narrowing down the search results.
