Overview

All group content can be tagged with taxonomy terms (tags) that allow for the categorization of content within the group.  If you are a member of a group, then you can assign one or more tags that can help you locate and group similar content items. Following a tag on any item will quickly take you to a page listing all group content with that tag. You can quickly navigate between lists of tagged content from your group's tagged content page.

Adding tags to content

When viewing the full content item, if you are a member of the groups associated with the content, a blue tags icon will appear under the title when you view the full content item. The icon won't appear in listings (teasers) -- it only appears when viewing the full content item. If you click on the icon, a set of check boxes will unscroll with available terms for selection.

Select one or more as appropriate, and the tags will be displayed after the page is refreshed.

Managing the list of tags (group vocabulary)

All groups are created with a group vocabulary for associating taxonomy terms with a group. The group's organizer (and those delegated with the group administrator role) can manage the available terms available to the group from the 'Administer group' tab accessible from the group home page.
